He was introduced to Scuba Diving at age 10 by his uncle a Detective for the Kirkland Police Department.
Jay is proud to be a US Army Veteran. He is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, EFR Instructor and teaches over 20 PADI Specialties.
